Custom Interior upgrading, extensive remodeling, and large apartment project renovations We love Marvin! He has worked on several projects for us. From complete home renovations - down to the studs and new construction. He and his crew are honest, reliable, hardworking and exceptionally skilled. In our home we had a number of custom items like detailed woodwork, ornate iron work and lots of tile. Marvin and his team of subcontractors provided old world details that make our home special. We've also worked with Marvin on renovations of rental properties and he's done an amazing job and sourced floors, cabinets etc. for very reasonable prices. He is a great communicator with other project members like our architect. Major Remodel of a Bedroom, Kitchen and Two Bathrooms Marvin Lopez was the contractor on a remodeling project in my home where the master bathroom and kitchen were fully remodeled and two additional bathrooms updated. I found Marvin to be open, honest, and forthright and very easy to work with. His was also the best bid of three contractors I contacted for the job. Complete tear-down and rebuild of new West Side Luxury Home Before my wife Lynn and II started our project, one of the most difficult decisions that we had to make was determining which general contractor we should hire, not satisfied with a single reference, I proceeded to call several architects, homeowners, and former clients of Marvin Lopez to confirm all the good things I had heard about him. Everyone I spoke to say the same things about him: (1) "he is reliable"; (2) "he works within the budget"; (3) "he keeps the schedule"; (4) "he won't nickel and dime you with change orders". Amazing Job, Friendly and Professional Remodeling work I was referred to Marvin and am so happy I found him. I've worked with him on two different occasions now, once as a first time home buyer to redo two bathrooms and a kitchen, and a second time after I purchased another home for me and my family to remove popcorn ceilings, electrical, a kitchen and other minor repairs.
